The 1023 mounting bracket fits for Scotty Downrigger models 1080 to 1116; Extra mounting bracket for all Scotty tilt-up downriggers; Also used as the exclusive mounting bracket for the Scotty 2500 Line Puller. (NOTE: Doesn't work with 1050, 1050MP or 1060 Compact Downriggers.)

Bracket Dimensions: 2 1/2” x 4 1/2”; Bolting Dimensions: 3 3/4” x 1 5/8”. The 1023 Tilt-up Mounting Bracket can be bolted directly to your gunnel or on top of an alternative mount. Can be used with Scotty mounts 1025, 1026, 1027, 1028, 1029, 2027, 2606 and 2612.

Because of the heavy stresses placed on the boat gunnel by the leverage of the long downrigger arm, we recommend that a wood or metal backing plate always be installed on the underside of the mounting surface. This spreads the load and avoids damage to the boat, in the event of a bottom hang up.
